Interstate Express played for Rokeby Museum's annual Pie and Ice Cream Social in August 2022. The comments we received from participants were universally positive. Though billed as a Bluegrass band, IE's music covers many different styles and appeals to a wide audience. People at the festival pulled up chairs to listen to the band and stayed throughout the afternoon. The band's sound was carefully balanced and never overwhelmed the site but added a warm dimension to the event. The festival was a success, and the music helped make it so.
